On the front, back, and both sleeves of this jersey is the player number "1." Across the back of the jersey is the player name "TERRELL" on a blue nameplate. All lettering and numbering is done in white on orange tackle twill. Above the player number on both sleeves is the Reebok logo. Below the player number on the left sleeve screened on in white and orange is "GSH" to commemorate the late Bears owner George Halas. On the front of the collar is the official "NFL" shield. The jersey is accompanied by a LOA from Terrell's uncle, and a picture of him holding the jersey at the draft with an NFL hologram on it.
