On the inside back collar of the jersey are manufacturers' tags with "04-46" and "S" on them denoting year, size, and skill, respectively. On the front, back and on each shoulder is the player number "81" in blue on tan (gold) tackle twill. Across the back is "HOLT" in blue tackle twill on a white name plate. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL Equipment" embroidered logo. Below that is the official "Rams" embroidered name. On the left breast is the official "Rams Saint Louis 10th Anniversary" embroidered logo patch. On each sleeve above the player numbers is the "Reebok" embroidered logo. The "Reebok" manufacturers' tags normally on the outside left tail of the jersey are missing due to the jersey being custom hemmed. The jersey shows light use and besides being custom hemmed appears to have no other alterations.
