A superb fullback power runner, Larry Czonka led the Miami Dolphins to Super Bowl victories in 1973 and 1974. He was named Super Bowl MVP in 1974 and was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1987. White mesh jersey with aqua and orange stripe trim screen printed on the sleeves. On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Russell" manufacturers tag with the jersey size "L" and wash instructions on it. On the front, back and on each sleeve of the jersey is the player number "39" screen printed in aqua on orange. Across the back of the jersey is "CZONKA" screen printed in aqua on a white name plate. The jersey shows good game use with a small brown stain on the left sleeve. There are small team repairs on the left breast and on the right sleeve. The jersey appears to have no alterations of any kind.
