White mesh jersey with black trim around collar and cuffs. On the front left tail is the "Reebok" manufacturer's tag. Attached to that is an additional manufacturer's tag with the jersey size "50" on it. Inside the back collar is another manufacturer's tag with "04-50" on it. On the bottom front collar is the embroidered official NFL Equipment logo. Below that is the embroidered official "Buccaneers" name. On the front, shoulders, and on the back of the jersey is the player number "14" in red on orange and black tackle twill. Across the back is "JOHNSON" in red tackle twill on a white name plate. On each sleeve is the embroidered "Buccaneer ship" logo patch. Above that on each sleeve is the embroidered "Reebok" logo patch. The jerseys show game-use with a scrape mark on the lower portion of number "1" on the back. There appear to be no alterations of any kind.
