1991 Heisman Trophy winner at wide receiver for the University of Michigan. On the front left tail of this jersey is the "STARTER" manufacturer's exclusive tag. Attached to this tag is a size "48." On the inside back collar of the jersey is a manufacturer's tag with "96-48" on it. On the front, back, and both sleeves is the player number "81" in green tackle twill. Across the back is "HOWARD" in green tackle twill sewn on a white name plate. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL" embroidered logo. On each sleeve below the player number is the "Starter" logo. The jersey has custom cuffed sleeves and spandex sides. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
