Collection of four proclamations and awards relating to Browns HOF QB Otto Graham. First is an 11" x 14" framed parchment dated April 17, 1991 from the City of Waukegan, Illinois, proclaiming "Otto Graham Day." Next is a similar document framed to 12" x 18" and dated October 27th, 1984 from the City of New London, Connecticut. Next is a 12" x 15" plaque presented to Graham by "The Coaches, Faculty and Staff of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy Athletics Division" in September, 1984. Finally, there is a 5" x 7" commemorative wood block with screened photo of Graham in Coast Guard uniform. All pieces grade an overall EXMT-NRMT with light wear.
