Typed letter dated February 14, 1921 on "American League Baseball Club Of New York" (Yankees) letterhead to the Osborn Engineering Co., the architects of Yankee Stadium. Letter is signed in fountain pen by T.L. Huston (listed at top across from club President Jacob Ruppert), who was the secretary and treasurer. Great early baseball content reads in part, "engineer...says he has some information as to the character of the filing, etc., at the new ball site." Letter is EXMT with some yellowing, signature grades an 8-9. Matted and framed to 15" x 24" with a color photo of the old Yankee Stadium. Accompanied by a LOA from James Spence Authentication.
