DWIGHT GOODEN was a member of the New York Yankees for the 1996 and 1997 seasons and he won a World Series with the Yanks in 1996. In two seasons in the Bronx "Doc" won 20 games, one of which was a no hitter. On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Russell" size 46 manufacturer's tag with wash instructions on it. Attached to the "Russell" tag is an additional manufacturer's tag with "100% POLYESTER" on it. On the left breast of the jersey is the official "NY" logo in navy blue tackle twill. On the back of the jersey is the number "11" in navy blue tackle twill. The jersey is game-issued and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a Yankees-Steiner Certificate.
