With an eye at the plate that was second to none, he doubled his previous season statistics when he was a member of the Seattle Mariners. On the inside of the circa. 1998 helmet is the manufacturer's size sticker which reads "American Baseball Cap, Media, PA 19063, 7 1/8, Made in U.S.A." There is also an "Authentic Diamond Collection" sticker, "Warning" sticker and MLB hologram sticker on the inside. On the front of the helmet is affixed the "NY" interlocking logo done in white plastic. On the brim are number stickers "24" done in white plastic. On the back of the helmet is an official MLB logo sticker and number stickers "24" done in white plastic. Outstanding ball and seam marks are visible in the right and front barrel, with blue bat rack streaks from the Yankee dugout.
