ANDY PETTITE pitched nine seasons for the Yankees and was a major part of four World Series Championship teams. In 2001 he was the 2001 ALCS MVP with two victories over the Mariners. He hurled a Major League leading 21 victories in 1996 and again in 2003. On the inside of the helmet is the manufacturer's size sticker which reads "American Baseball Cap, Media, PA 19063, 7 1/4, Made in U.S.A." There is also an "Authentic Diamond Collection" sticker, "Warning" sticker and MLB hologram sticker on the inside. On the front of the helmet is affixed the "NY" interlocking logo done in white plastic. On the brim are number stickers "46" done in white plastic. On the back of the helmet is an official MLB logo sticker and another MLB hologram sticker. The helmet has been signed in silver ink on the brim by Pettitte, signature grades a 9. Helmet shows good game-use with several abrasions and scuff marks. Accompanied by a LOA from James Spence Authentication and another from Yankees-Steiner Collectibles.
