Few who witnessed it will ever forget AARON BOONE'S dramatic home run in the 11th inning in the Game 7 of the 2003 ALCS, which catapulted the Yankees past the Red Sox and into the World Series. This is Aaron Boone's 2003 NY Yankees game-issued road knit jersey. On the left front tail is the "Russell Athletic" manufacturer's label with wash instructions. Attached is a white flag tag with size "48" and material "100% Polyester," beneath which is a white flag tag with "+2" extra length." Adjacent is a white tag with "2003." Across the front of the jersey is "New York" done in blue on white tackle twill. On the back is the player number "19" done in blue on white tackle twill. On the back neck is the official MLB logo patch. On the left sleeve is the Yankees "100th Anniversary 1903-2003" patch. The jersey appears to have no alterations of any kind.
