On the front left tail of this jersey is the "RUSSELL ATHLETIC" manufacturer's tag with wash instructions. There are two tags attached, one reading "48 100% POLYESTER," and the other reading "2003." Across the front of the jersey is "RED SOX." On the back of the jersey is the player number "45." All lettering and numbering is done in red on black tackle twill. On the back of the collar is the official MLB logo patch. Both sleeves have an extra piece of fabric added to them to widen the circumference of the sleeves. On the left sleeve is the Russell logo. The jersey is autographed above the number on the back in blue marker rating a 9. The jersey shows game-use and with exception to the sleeve alteration appears to have no other alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from Jimmy Spence.
