On the front left tail of this jersey is the "Majestic" manufacturer's tag with a flag tag attached reading "54." Inside the left hip is a wash tag with code "0062" on it. Across the front of the jersey is "BOSTON." Across the back of the jersey is "ORTIZ" on a grey nameplate. Below that is the player number "34." All lettering and numbering is done in red on black tackle twill. On the back of the collar is the official MLB logo patch. On the left sleeve is the "Majestic" logo. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
