"Mr. October" helped the Athletics to three and Yankees to another World Championship, earning World Series MVP honors in 1973 and 1977. In his only season with Baltimore, Jackson his .277 with 27 home runs and 91 RBIs, and led the AL in slugging percentage (.502). In 21 major league seasons, Reggie had 2,584 hits and 563 home runs, and contributed to six pennant-winning teams. The 1973 AL MVP, he was selected to 14 All-Star Games. Jackson made his debut with the 1967 Kansas City Athletics, moved with the team to Oakland, then spent one season with Baltimore, five with the Yankees, five more with California, and played his final season in 1987 back in Oakland. In 1993 Jackson was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Cream color jersey with orange and black stripe trim on collar and cuffs. On the inside right front tail of the jersey is the "Rawlings" manufacturers tag with the jersey size "42" and wash instructions on it. Attached to that are two additional manufacturers tags with "1976" and "SET 2" on them. Across the front of the jersey is "Orioles" in script. Below that on the left and on the back of the jersey is the player number "9." Across the back of the jersey is "R.JACKSON" which has been professionally resotred. All lettering and numbering is done in orange on black tackle twill. The jersey shows good game use. With exception to the back name, there appears to be no alterations of any kind.
