On the inside left front tail of the pintstripe jersey is the "Majestic" manufacturers tag. Attached to that is an additional tag with the jersey size "46" on it. Inside the left seam of the jersey is a wash tag with code "0062". Across the front of the jersey is "Mets" in script. Below that and on the back is the player number "45." Across the back of the jersey is "MARTINEZ." All lettering and numbering is done in blue on orange on black triple tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the embroidered official "Mets" logo patch. Below that is the embroidered "Majestic" logo. There is an autograph in silver marker rating a 9 on the back number "4" of the jersey. The jersey shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from James Spence Authentication.
