On the front left tail of the grey jersey is the "Majestic" manufacturers tag. Attached to that is an additional manufacturers tag with the jersey size "48" on it. On the inside left seam of the jersey is an additional manufacturers tag with wash instructions on it. Across the front of the jersey is the "Cardinals on a bat" logo embroidered in red, yellow and black. Below that on the left and on the back of the jersey is the player number "12." Across the back of the jersey is "GRUDZIELANEK" on a grey name plate. All lettering and numbering is done in red on black tackle twill. On the back outside collar is the embroidered official MLB logo. On the left sleeve is the embroidered official "Busch Stadium Final Season" logo patch. Below that is the embroidered "Majestic" logo. There is a signature in silver marker rating a 7 on the number "1" on the back of the jersey. The jersey shows good game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
