On the front left tail of the jersey is the "Majestic" manufacturer's tag with a flag tag attached reading "54." Inside the left hip of the jersey is an additional size tag reading "54," and a wash tag with code "0062" on it. Across the front of the jersey is "NATIONALS" done in red on gold on navy tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "61" done in red on gold on navy tackle twill. On the back of the collar is the official MLB logo patch. Across the back of the jersey is "HERNANDEZ" done in red on navy tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the "WASHINGTON NATIONALS" logo patch, below that is the Majestic logo. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
