After a career .288 batting average, 2663 hits, 12 All-Star appearances and an AL MVP award in 1959, Jacob Nelson "Nellie" Fox was inducted into the baseball Hall of Fame in 1997. The 19 year veteran was the epitome of the singles hitter. This bat is pounded with use on nearly all sides of the barrel, with light chipping along the handle.
