Affectionately known as "The Little Colonel" from his days with the Louisville Colonels of the American Association, Pee Wee Reese was named Captain of the Dodgers upon his arrival in Brooklyn and proceeded to lead the team to seven pennants. This HOFer was an eight time All-Star from 1947-1954, and top a leadoff man and clutch hitter. The bat shows great use with white ball and transfer marks on the left, right and back of the barrel. There are light cleat marks on the left and back barrel and upper handle. The player name "REESE" is on the front barrel in block letters. The bat model number "136B" is stamped into the knob end. Man: Adirondack, Model: 136B, Order Period: 1950-58, L: 34.75 in, W: 33.6 oz, Wood: Ash, Finish: Standard. Accompanied by a LOA from PSA/DNA and an additional COA.
