11" x 14" black and white photograph of the 1957 American League All-Stars in the dugout at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, a game which the A.L. won for only the second time in eight years, 6-5. The photo has been signed in blue ink by 10 of the 11 players facing manager Casey Stengel, including HOFers Mickey Mantle, Ted Williams and Yogi Berra, as well as Bobby Shantz, Bill Skowron, Bob Grim, Bobby Richardson, Jim Turner, Gil McDougald and Frank Malzone.
