It is signed by 46 former members of the Negro Leagues including Ulysses Hollimon, JC Hartman, Pedro Sierra, Herald Bee Bop Gordon, Frank Duncan, Willie Lee, Jessie Rogers, James Sap Irvory, Rex Jones, Bobby Robinson, Bill Powell, Russell Awkard, Frank Evans, Emilio Navarro, Ray Miller, Frank Marsh, Willie Pat Patterson, Herman Doc Horn, Monte Irvin, Buck O'Neil, Acie Skeet Griggs, Ira McKnight, Willie C Young Jr., Nath McClinic, Ollie Brantley, Lyman Bostock Sr., Bill Greason, Henry Elmer, Ron Teasely, Bill Ready Cash, Gene Benson, Robbert Rooster Smith, Pee Wee Jenkins and Carl Holden. All of the signatures are in multi-colored markers and grade between a 7 and near perfect 10. Accompanied by a LOA from James Spence Authentication and an additional LOA.
