This ring is a prototype and practically identical to the one presented to Atlanta Braves pitcher Tom Glavine after winning the 1991 pennant. On the top perimeter of this size 11 1/2 ring is "Braves, 1991 National League Champions" in relief over a black background. In the center is an inlaid script "A" done in 11 round chips and set over a red ruby-colored stone. On the right shank is "Worst to First" in relief over a black background. Beneath this is a rendition of the 1991 World Series logo, and "Tomahawk Chop" in relief. On the right shank is "Glavine" in relief on a black background. Beneath this is a rendition of the Braves logo, beneath which is an engraved banner that reads "First World Series," beneath which is the player number "47" in relief. There are no markings on the inside of the ring, which shows some wear and is in overall EXMT condition.
