This is a limited edition Bugs Bunny baseball themed cel (#663 of 5000) that has been matted inside a 20" x 18" frame. There is a 1992 Warner Brothers Limited Edition authentication seal on the lower right section of the cel. It has been signed in gold marker by Yankees HOFer Mickey Mantle, who added "NO. 7." Signature and inscription grade a strong 9 and is authenticated by Upper Deck. Accompanied by a LOA from James Spence Authentication.
