This 17" x 17-½"maroon with black border silk pocket handkerchief was worn by the great Buddy Holly during the 1950s. It is one of nine that were originally auctioned at the 1990 Buddy Holly estate sale at Sotheby's. There are some tiny holes along the folds, but they take nothing away from this spectacular piece of music history. Comes with a copy of the Sotheby's catalog page that pictures the handkerchief, as well as a copy of the COA listing the lot number.
