Vintage check dated February 29, 1936, made out in fountain pen to cash and signed by author Ernest Hemingway, who was one of the most influential writers of the 20th Century. Check is drawn on the National City Bank of New York. There are three folds on the check which have flattened out and are barely visible. Signature grades an 8. Accompanied by a LOA from James Spence Authentication.
