The last of five Series' of $1 silver certificates, this 1923 Series Speelman-White $1 silver certificate was a complete redesign from the previous issues. The center portrait pictures George Washington, and the design is similar to that of today's small-size currency. This note is overprinted with a blue seal on the left and a blue "1" on the right. Grades Crisp Uncirculated.
