Duncan began in 1936 manufacturing mechanical parking meters and established a market dominance with the highest installed brand of meter in the world. These are vintage art deco style Duncan manufactured parking meters that has been transformed into very nice desk lamps. These twenty-five cent parking meters have been restored with gold paint and are in overall EX condition, the timer can still be operated by using US quarters. The meters include a shade, the original coin box and original lock & key. The total measurements for the lamps including the shade is approximately 26"H x 16"W with a 6" diameter base.
