This rare oversized Coca-Cola Cleveland electric clock measures a whopping 25 1/2" in diameter and dates from the late 1940s - early 1950s, as Coca-Cola moved to electric clocks after WWII. Cleveland clocks have been manufactured for over 75 years, with the vintage models being some of the most desirable in the world. In the very center it reads "Drink Coca-Cola In Bottles, Reg U.S. Pat Off" in white letters on red background, behind two black arms. Around this are the red numbers 1-12 over a white background. Around this is a semi-circle bringing the full diameter to 35", which reads "Drink Coca-Cola, Sign Of Good Taste" in white letters over a white background with green border. The entire clock is backlit in bright white neon, with the back being green in color. It is mounted on two red 5" long cut pipes for table top display, there is also a bracket on the back for wall mounting. The sign has been professionally restored to MINT condition and is in perfect working order. This is one of the nicest Cleveland Coke clocks extant.
