The "Progress Refrigerator Company" was located in Louisville Kentucky. The firm mostly manufactured large ice coolers and picnic coolers throughout the 1950s and into the 1960s. This vintage 1950s blue "Pepsi" cooler made by the Progress Refrigerator Co. has raised white letters on front and back that read "DRINK PEPSI-COLA." The inside is of the cooler is clean and includes the original aluminum tray. There is a screw-off valve for drainage located on the front bottom and a bottle opener on the side. The cooler measures approximately 19" tall x 18" wide x 12" deep. The cooler has some degree of wear for age with original paint that is bold and vivid with minor paint chipping and rusting giving it an overall condition of E.
