A 44" x 15" cardboard "Little Johnny Bellhop" Philip Morris cigarette advertisement which has been mounted in a lifelike 50" x 20-1/2" framed shadowbox. Albert "Johnny" Altieri has signed this vintage advertisement in black marker with inscription "Best Wishes - To Brad" rating 7 to 8. The advertisement shows a few creases, some rough edges and a water stain on the bottom giving it an overall condition of VG. Also included in this lot is an 8" x 10" black & white photograph of Albert "Johnny" Altieri. The photo is in EX condition and is signed by Johnny with inscription "Best Wishes - To Brad Jennings" in black marker rating a solid 8. The 8" x 10" photograph is accompanied with two small newspaper articles about Johnny. Both shadowbox display and photograph are accompanied by a LOA from James Spence Authentication.
