Electro-mechanical arcade game manufactured by the Chicago Coin Company in the 1970s. The "Rifle Gallery," is model #449 and features 20 shots in 30 seconds for a quarter. There are 20 targets in three rows of ducks, bears and bullseyes, set in a grass field backdrop diorama. The player "shoots" the mounted .22 caliber rifle replica at the targets, which are actually located beneath the viewable field and are seen through a mirror, incredibly realistic. Each shot gives a recoil, adding to the truly authentic feel of this game. The lit backglass features a large rendition of a bear in a forest and reads "Chicago Coin's Rifle Gallery 20 Shots, Try Your Skill." The cabinet measures approximately 30" wide x 45" deep x 91" high and is decorated with scenes of bears and ducks. Two front panels are removable in order to access the cash box and adjustable game mechanisms. In overall EXMT condition with some wear on the cabinet and minor chipping on the edges, game works perfectly. This item will be expensive to ship.
