Large 11" x 14" sepia photograph of Joltin' Joe, signed "Joe DiMaggio" in blue Sharpie by him. Signature grades a near perfect 10. Professionally matted and framed to 19" x 25" with a typed later dated July 20, 1948. The letter is from Joe to a boy at camp who is playing baseball, and Joe indicates "I am sending you a copy of my book...Your dad tells me that you are getting to be a good baseball player." DiMaggio has signed the letter in black fountain pen, signature grades a 9. Letter shows three folds from mailing and light overall wear. Accompanied by a LOA from James Spence Authentication.
