Vintage Yankee Stadium seat from the 1973 renovation, this round back seat is made of wood and iron. The iron frame measures 23 1/2" wide x 29" tall. The three wood planks that make up the curved seat back are bolted onto the frame. The 19" wide x 15" deep hinged seat is made up of five wood planks in an iron frame. The number "1" is stenciled in black on the upper rear plank. On the center rear plank is a brass plaque which reads "From Yankee Stadium, The House That Ruth Built, 50th Anniversary, 1923-1973." Seat is painted entirely in blue, shows some paint chipping and minor rust. In overall EXMT condition. This item will be expensive to ship.
