Recording 74 saves during his two year tenure with the Yankees in 1995-1996, JOHN WETTELAND also saved four games of the 1996 World Series, helping to ensure the Yankees' title and receiving the World Series MVP for his performance. This is John Wetteland's 1995 NY Yankees game-used road knit jersey. On the left front tail is the "Russell Athletic Diamond Collection" manufacturer's label with size "46." Attached is a white flag tag with material "100% Polyester." Adjacent and above is a faded white tag with "Wetteland 95." Across the front of the jersey is "New York" done in blue on white tackle twill. On the back is the player number "35" done in blue on white tackle twill. The jersey shows nice game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a letter from Yankees-Steiner Collectibles.
