ALFONSO SORIANO collected five hits with a home run in the 2003 World Series. He played his first five pro seasons with New York, but will probably be best remembered by Yankees' fans as the player that got traded to bring A-Rod to the pinstripes. On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Russell" manufacturers tag. Attached to that are flag tags with the jersey size "46," "100% POLYESTER" and "2" EXTRA LENGTH" on them. Below that is an additional manufacturers tag with "2003" on it. On the left breast is the official "NY" logo. On the back is the player number "12." All lettering and numbering is done in navy blue tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the embroidered official "Yankees 100th Anniversary" logo patch. On the right sleeve is the embroidered official "2003 World Series" logo patch. On outside back collar is the embroidered "MLB" logo.
