A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this sculpture will benefit the Jorge Posada Foundation for craniosynostosis research and treatment. This 4’ x 4’ plexiglass apple sculpture, designed by famous 3-D Pop Artist Charles Fazzino, was part of the Big Apple Fest public art exhibit in New York City. Inside the apple is a 3-D model of Yankee Stadium and the New York City Skyline. Through the efforts of Jorge Posada, all his teammates from 2004 team, including Jeter, Sheffield, Rivera, Rodriguez, Torre and Williams signed the sculpture. Most of the signatures are on the baseballs in the sculpture.
