On the front left tail of this jersey is the "Majestic" manufacturer's tag with two flag tags attached with one reading size "48" and the other "SET 2" "2005". Inside the left hip of the jersey is a wash tag with code "0062" on it. Across the front of the jersey is "ATHLETICS" in yellow on white tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "75" in yellow on white tackle twill. Across the back of the jersey is the player name "ZITO" in yellow on white tackle twill sewn on a green nameplate. There is velcro between the second and third button on the top of the jersey to help keep the jersey in line properly. On the back of the collar is the official MLB logo patch. On the left sleeve is the "A's" elephant logo patch and below that is the "Majestic" embroidered logo. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by an additional LOA from the Oakland A's.
