Don "Donnie Baseball" Mattingly was a star left-handed baseball player (first baseman) for the New York Yankees of the American League from 1982-1995. After the 2003 season, he was hired by the Yankees to be their new hitting coach. On the front left tail of this jersey is the "Majestic" manufacturer's tag with a series of flag tags attached reading size "46" "2005" year tag. Inside the left seam of the jersey is a wash tag with code "0062" on it. On the front left chest of the jersey is "NY" logo. On the back of the jersey is the player number "23". All lettering and numbering is done in navy blue tackle twill. On the back outside collar is the embroidered official "MLB" logo. The jersey is autographed on front in blue marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a Yankees-Steiner Collectibles COA. Accompanied by a LOA from James Spence Authentication.
