On the front left tail of this jersey is the "RUSSELL ATHLETIC" manufacturer's tag with wash instructions, and two tags attached. One reads "46 100% POLYESTER," and the other reads "2003." Across the front of the jersey is "BOSTON." Across the back of the jersey is the player name "MARTINEZ" on a grey name plate. Below that is the player number "45." All lettering and numbering is done in red on dark blue tackle twill. On the back of the collar is the official MLB logo patch. On the left sleeve is the "R" Russell logo. An extra piece of material has been added to each sleeve to make the arm opening larger. The jersey shows game-use and besides the added arm opening appears to have no alterations of any kind.
