Shortstop Sonny Jackson helped the Braves to the 1969 NLCS, where the team was defeated by the Mets. Jackson played 12 seasons, including from 1968 to 1974 with Atlanta. He led the NL in singles and sacrifice hits in 1966. Grey flannel road jersey. On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Spalding" manufacturers tag with the jersey size "40" flag tag and wash instructions on it. On the inside back collar is an additional manufacturers tag with "16 40 69" embroidered in navy blue. Across the front of the jersey is "Braves" in script. On the back of the jersey is the player number "16." All lettering and numbering is done in navy blue on red tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the embroidered official "Braves" logo patch. On the right sleeve is the embroidered official "MLB 100th Anniversary" logo patch. The jersey is autographed in black marker on front and rates a 9. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from James Spence Authentication.
