On the front left tail of the jersey is the "RUSSELL ATHLETIC" manufacturer's tag with wash instructions, and another tag that reads "46 100% POLYESTER." Across the front of the jersey is "CINCINNATI" done in red on white on black triple tackle twill. The player number "17" is done on the front and back also in the same tackle twill. Across the back of the jersey is
"BOONE" done in red on white on black triple tackle twill sewn directly on the jersey. On the back of the collar is the official MLB logo patch. The jersey is autographed on back and added "Game Winning Home Run! (1-0) vs. Cubs off Kerry Wood 9-24-02" and rates a 9. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
