On the front left tail is the year "1951" in blue stitching. On the inside back collar is the "Rawlings" manufacturer's tag. Below that is the wash instructions tag with size "42" tag. Across the front of this is "Dodgers" done in script-style blue felt. On the back is the player number "33" done in blue felt. This jersey was worn in the 1951 spring training prior to the "Diamond Jubilee" patch being added. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
