In the center is a red stone field with a Phillies "P" in relief onto which eight round synthetic diamonds have been set, with "Philadelphia Phillies" in relief around it. On the left shank is an engraved banner with the recipient's name "Duval," ostensibly a front office man. Beneath this is a stadium rendition in relief and beneath this is an engraved home plate banner in relief that reads "P 4, KC 2." On the right shank is the year "1980" in relief, beneath which is a rendition of the World Series trophy in relief with engraved banner that reads "World Champions Phillies."
