Inside the back collar of this jersey is a manufacturer's tag with "03-50" on it. On the bottom front collar is the embroidered official "NFL Equipment" logo patch. The player number "54" appears on the front, back, and sleeves in navy blue on orange tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "URLACHER" on a white name plate in navy blue on orange tackle twill. Above the player number on each sleeve is the embroidered "Reebok" logo patch. The jersey has white spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. The jersey has a custom hemmed bottom. The jersey is autographed on the back number "5" in silver marker and rates a 7.
