Tony Dorsett, a 5-11, 192-pound running back from the University of Pittsburgh, already was a celebrity by the time he joined the Dallas Cowboys as their first-round draft pick in 1977. A four-time All-America at Pittsburgh, Dorsett also won the 1976 Heisman Trophy. On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Russell" manufacturers tag with the jersey size "46" and wash instructions on it. On the front, back and on each sleeve of the jersey is the player number "33" in blue on orange screen print. Across the back of the jersey is "DORSETT" sewn in blue tackle twill on a white name plate. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
