On the front left tail of this jersey is the "PUMA" manufacturer's wash tag. Attached to this tag is a size "50" flag tag with "6"L.B." On the inside back collar of the jersey is a manufacturer's tag with "99-50" on it. On the front, back, and both shoulders is the player number "13" done in blue vinyl. Above the player number on both sleeves is the "PUMA" logo patch. Across the back of the jersey is "WARNER" done in blue vinyl on a white name plate. On the front of the collar is the official "NFL" logo patch. The jersey is signed on the back number in silver and rates a 9. Inside the fly is the "PUMA" manufacturer's tag. Attached is a size tag reading "34" and a material tag. Below that is a tag reading "99" indicating year. On the right thigh is the "PUMA" logo patch.
