On the inside back collar is a manufacturer's tag with "04-46 S" on it. Below that on the inside back is the "WWW.WETRAK.COM" sticker with tracking number WT2987100219. On the front, back, and on each shoulder is the player number "28" in gold on white tackle twill. Across the back is "FAULK" in white tackle twill on a blue name plate. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL Equipment" embroidered logo. Below that is the official "Rams" embroidered name. On the left breast is the official "Rams Saint Louis 10th Anniversary" embroidered logo patch. On each sleeve above the player numbers is the "Reebok" embroidered logo. The jersey has navy blue spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. The jersey has been custom hemmed on the bottom. The jersey shows game-use and besides being custom hemmed appears to have no alterations of any kind.
