On the front tail of the jersey is the "Reebok" manufacturer's tag. Attached to that are three additional manufacturer's tags with the jersey size "52," "LENGTH +4," and "2004-2005" on them. Across the front of the jersey is "HEAT" in red on black tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "3" in red on black tackle twill. Across the back is "WADE" in black tackle twill. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. This jersey is made out of the new Reebok Play Dry material. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
