On the front tail of the jersey is the "CHAMPION" exclusive tag, which reads, "Designed & Tailored 1997-98 Exclusively for the Utah Jazz BODY LENGTH +4." Next to that tag is the
"CHAMPION" size "52" manufacturer's wash tag. Across the front of the jersey is "JAZZ" in purple and blue on white tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "00" in white on purple on green triple tackle twill. Across the back is "OSTERTAG" in white tackle twill. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. On the right breast is the 1998 "NBA Finals" patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
