Born and raised in China, Yao Ming was the first pick in the 2002 NBA draft by the Houston Rockets. Yao Ming is currently the tallest player in NBA basketball, listed at a playing height of 7 feet, 6 inches. On the front tail of the jersey is the "Reebok" manufacturer's tag. Attached to that is an additional manufacturer's tag with the jersey size "54," "6 L.B.," and "02-03" on it. "11" is written on the tag in black marker. Across the front of the jersey is "ROCKETS" in white/silver on red tackle twill. Above that and on the back is the player number "11" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is "YAO" in white on red tackle twill. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
